各位在温的外国朋友：

Dear Friends,

当前，疫情防控形势异常严峻复杂。为降低疫情输入风险，保障您和公众的健康，我们向在温州的各位外国朋友提出如下倡议：

At present, the prevention and control of the pandemic has become extraordinarily complicated and challenging. In order to minimize the risk of spread of the virus and protect the health of you and the public, we put forward the following proposals to all foreign friends in Wenzhou:

一、请主动报告

1. Please report your situation voluntarily

近14天内有去过中高风险地区或有本土病例报告地区的人员，或与阳性病例活动轨迹有交集的人员，请第一时间主动向所在社区、工作单位或所住酒店、宾馆报告，配合落实核酸检测等健康管理措施。

If in the past 14 days you have been to medium- or high-risk areas or areas with local case reports, or if your travel histories overlap those of the positive cases , please report to your communities, workplaces, or hotels as soon as possible, and cooperate in conducting nucleic acid tests and other pandemic prevention and control measures.

如发现健康码变红变黄，不要惊慌，第一时间主动向所在社区、工作单位或所住酒店、宾馆报告，同时规范佩戴口罩，原地等待工作人员核查处置。

If you find that your health code turns red or yellow, do not panic. Take the initiative to report to your communities, workplaces, or hotels. At the same time, please wear the masks properly and wait for the staff to check.

二、请配合调查

2. Please cooperate with the investigation

为了您和家人的健康，请您及时接听电话配合社区、单位核查。如不配合、谎报或瞒报，造成严重后果的，将依法依规追究责任。

For the health of you and your family, please answer in time your phone calls from the communities and workplaces, which call to conduct the investigations. If you do not cooperate or give a false report which result in serious consequences, you will be held accountable in accordance with the law and regulations.

三、请避免聚集

3. Please avoid gathering

请保持良好的卫生习惯，坚持科学规范佩戴口罩、勤洗手、常通风、保持社交距离，不外出聚餐，避免人员聚集、扎堆，不去人员密集的网吧、KTV、酒吧、棋牌室、麻将馆、游戏厅、桌游室、密室逃脱、SPA馆、艾灸馆、洗浴、足浴场所等室内密闭休闲娱乐场所。

Please maintain good personal hygiene, wear face masks properly, wash hands and keep ventilation frequently, keep social distance, and refrain from going out for dinner. Furthermore, please avoid gatherings, and do not go to the crowded indoor recreational places such as cybercafes, KTVs, bars, chess and card rooms, mahjong rooms, board game rooms, escape game rooms, SPA clubs, bath and foot bath centers, etc.

四、请自我监测

4. Please keep self-monitoring

如出现发热、咳嗽、腹泻、乏力等症状，要佩戴一次性医用外科口罩及以上级别口罩，及时到就近的正规医疗机构发热门诊进行排查和诊疗，并如实告知旅居史，就医过程要做好防护措施，避免乘坐公共交通工具。

If you have symptoms such as fever, cough, diarrhea, fatigue, etc., please wear disposable face masks at or above surgical grade, proceed to one of the designated hospitals and seek medical care in the fever clinics, voluntarily report to the doctor your travel or residence history.  

Protection measures should be adopted and public transportation be avoided while seeking medical care.

五、请谨慎出行

5. Please travel with caution

近期不前往中高风险地区或有本土病例报告地区，非必要不出市。确需出行的，请务必做好戴口罩、勤洗手等个人防护，准确记录自己的活动轨迹，返回后第一时间向所在社区、单位报备。

Do not go to medium- or high-risk areas or areas with local case reports in recent days, and do not leave Wenzhou unless it is necessary. If you really need to leave, please follow strict personal protection measures (such as wearing face masks and washing hands frequently), accurately record your travel histories, and inform your communities and workplaces as soon as you return to Wenzhou.

六、请接种疫苗

6. Please get vaccinated

请符合条件的在温外籍人士尽快接种疫苗，共同构筑全民免疫屏障。

If you are eligible, please get vaccinated as soon as possible, join us to build a protective shield for all.

请关注疫情动态

Please follow the pandemic update

请在温的各位外籍人士密切关注疫情动态，及时了解疫情信息和预防知识，严格遵守防疫各项规定，主动配合使用“温州防疫码”。

Please closely follow the domestic situation of the pandemic, keep abreast of information on the spread of the virus and knowledge of prevention. Please comply strictly with all the regulations for pandemic prevention and control, and voluntarily use and show the Wenzhou Code for Pandemic Prevention Code（温州防疫码）.
